He is growing so quickly! He's such a happy baby. He is seriously ALWAYS smiling (unless he's hungry or tired)! Then it's another story. :)
Did I mention everything goes into the mouth these days???? Including socks...
-We added carrots, bananas and pears this past month
-still has 6oz bottles every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
-He grabs/lunges/reaches for anything that's in front of him. He's a mess really.
-Everything goes into the mouth...EVERYTHING!
-He LOVES for us to rub his head. He'll fall asleep often to that. He gets SO relaxed. It's cute.
-He is very protective of Madison. If someone is wrestling with her or tickling her (anything that makes her laugh/scream) he yells! He gets this very concerned look on his face and he yells. It's so funny and cute. I pray that he stays protective of her as they get older.
-He learned how to sit alone about a week before his 6 month mark. He is still wobbly but he can do it.
-does good in the car even if he's awake. He'll play, watch Madison or just fall asleep. We usually don't hear a peep from him while in the car, unless he's hungry.
-still doesn't enjoy tummy time. He can push up on his arms but he doesn't do it very much. Don't know if he'll ever crawl. I'm not worried. He'll do it in his own time.
-He found his feet this month. I often find him chewing on them when he's playing on the ground or riding in the car. I guess that's entertainment for him and they're easy to find.
-had a REALLY bad ear infection this past month. It lasted over a week and it was awful. He wasn't sleeping more than 30 minutes at a time day AND NIGHT for a WEEK. He wasn't eating. He was throwing up. He was running 100-101.8 fever. He was just miserable. He finally got shots (one a day for three days) and it seemed to clear it up. We were so thankful to get our happy, healthy baby back.
-growing out of all 6 month clothes. He's wearing 6-9 at Children's Place, 6-12 at Old Navy and 9 months in Carters (although 9months is on it's way out as far as length goes in one piece outfits)
-started sitting in the highchair to eat
-likes it when we read to him. He hits the pages and coos through the whole story.
*He hasn't been in for his 6 month check up. He goes next week (over Spring Break). I'll have his stats them. I'm sure he's still off the charts in height. He is so long.

I can't believe he has grown so much. He is geting too big ,too fast. I love the last pic, and the one he has the sock in his mouth, and the one.... I could go on and on. He is just too cute. Glad he feels better.
