First game of the season

Last Friday was Liberty's first game of the season vs. Pilot Point, in Pilot Point. It was after my first week of school so I was exhausted. Cooper had been sick. He had stuff coming out both ends. If it weren't for Madison, I probably wouldn't have gone, but she had been looking forward to the game all week. She LOVES going to the games. After cleaning throw-up up at dinner and a leaking diaper as we got in the car, we made it to Melanie's. We were in no hurry to get there since we spend our time chasing kids around. We made it just before half time.


Ethan was rolling down this hill so Madison asked if she could. I told her she could but it might make her back itch since her shirt didn't cover it. So, she decided to scoot down on her bottom. :)


Then they found the long jump pit to play in. Somehow these two always end up in the sand. Fun!



Towards the end of the game they decided it was snack time. We were standing beside the bleachers so we could somewhat watch the game while the kids ran around and played. There happened to be some band instrument cases that we used for our table :)


Waiting to go out on the field to see her Daddy! This is her favorite part of the game.


Still eating cereal while she waits :)

Liberty won 50-35! What a great way to start the season!! I'm so excited for fall and football.
