Let the decorating begin...

We decorated our house the Saturday before Thanksgiving! Madison just couldn't wait any longer (and neither could we)! We started with her tree in her room. We let her decorate it by herself...

She's super proud of it! Since we have taken this picture she has gotten about 10 more ornaments for it from her Grammy & Papa! We set it on a stand this year so you could see it from the street at night!

After finishing up her tree we moved to the rest of the house...

He wasn't too interested in helping! He walked around with the decorations pretending like it was a sword! He stopped for a second to check out Santa and Baby Jesus!


Madison loved helping! Cooper would stop every once in awhile to help for a few seconds...

I didn't take pictures of all of the decorations...maybe I'll add those later. This sweet smiley boy broke about 8 ornaments in the first night! He kept banging them together or throwing them like a football. We finally convinced him 'these are not balls' so he walked around saying that for the next few days, "not a ball, momma"

He loves this train that Grammy & Papa gave us! He plays with it daily. In fact, this too is now broken. :) Oh well. Our house is festive and we can't wait for Christmas.
