Life Lately

Time with cousins
A few weekends ago the kids and I went to visit Melanie, Ethan and Kailyn while the guys were working. We brought Madison's gator so they could all ride. Madison and Kailyn took turns driving. This was right before Madison ran them into the ditch! Kailyn fell out but wasn't hurt, thanks goodness. After I explained to Madison that she couldn't drive over that she stayed REALLY far away from it. :) She made sure she didn't repeat that again.

Cooper played with this scooter while the others rode around in the gators. I wish those gators had seat belts. He would LOVE to ride around but I don't trust him to stay in. He had just as fun pushing this around. This boy loves anything with wheels.

Doesn't he looks so grown up!?!?

After playing outside for awhile we came in and played. Somehow they all ended up Ethan's comforter and had us pulling them around the house! I'm so thankful that they have such fun together. Pretty soon they will all be in school together. Ethan and Madison will be a year apart and Kailyn and Cooper will be a year apart. Watch out Liberty!!

We love spending time with cousins!

Gig Em Aggies!

I sure love these two kids!

More Liberty Football:

Gary and Sue Ann brought Bart and Mandie's kids to the game 2 weeks ago! Madison was so excited to see them. They all had such a great time playing together. It had rained all day and rained off and on during the game so it was pretty empty! It made it kind of nice. We didn't stay for the whole game because it started raining pretty hard, we were winning by quiet a bit and Cooper was SO TIRED!

Pumpkin Patch 2010

We had a great time at The Pumpkin Patch. Trent and I were both off on Monday for Columbus Day so we took the kids to the pumpkin patch that afternoon. We were a little worried that it might be crowded since there were so many kids out of school but it was perfect. I mean, there were people there but it was nothing like last year when we went on a Sunday. And to make it even better Madison smiled for some pictures. Last year she refused to smile. All she wanted to do was jump in the bounce house. The whole way there I kept saying, when we get there we are going to take some pictures with the pumpkins AND THEN you can go jump in the bounce houses. It worked!

My sweet girl

This picture cracks me up! They had not adjusted to the bright sun! I love how Cooper has the biggest smile on his face but his eyes are closed. Makes me laugh.

Cooper is not a good outside picture taker. He makes this silly face. :)

watching other kids play...not interested in looking at me!

Cooper was walking around trying to pick up pumpkins. Madison saw that he couldn't pick them up so she went to help! She's such a sweet big sister.

This is what she did most of the time....Run, Run, Run!

watching the kids jump off the hay

Trent had to help her climb up to the top!

Then she would slide down! She loved this and did over and over again!

He just watched! I'm sure he wanted to join in on the fun. I wouldn't be surprised if he's on top next year.

This totally cracks me up! I have a feeling the next few years will look like this! Can you see the difference in boys and girls. Even at this age, Madison would stand still for the picture. He had better things to do, like play in the dirt.

I cropped it so you could see the face Cooper is making.

Finally the picture taking is over and it was time to play! She went down this slide a million times and never got tired of it.

Then we moved onto the bounce house! She jumped with Cooper for awhile and then she left him to go back to the slide.

He wasn't really sure what to think about it. He kinda just sat there. I had to eventually go in and get him. He kept trying to walk to me but kept falling. I couldn't get him to crawl out.

We had such a good time. It was actually pretty hot for only being in the 80's. There wasn't much wind. We were so thankful that it wasn't packed and we were able to enjoy ourselves. The kids had a great time and crashed in the car on the way home.

Wearing my sunglasses- before she fell asleep!

Cowboy Stadium

Liberty had the privilege of playing at The Cowboy's Stadium this past Thursday night. We have been looking forward to this game all year. I know it's probably the only chance that I will get to go because tickets are so expensive. After work Thursday I rushed to Argyle to pick up both kids and we headed to Arlington. I met Mom, Ron, Grandpa, Joan, Shon and Ryan for dinner. Then Michael met us at the game. It was fun to have my family at the game with me. Plus it was nice to have some help with the kids! The stadium was amazing...the game not so much! Prestonwood killed us 42 to 21! Despite the score, it was such a fun experience!

She was getting VERY tired. So was Cooper. It was WAY past their bedtime.

A&M and Arkansas were playing here on Saturday so they already had the turf down for that game.

Trent down on the field after the game

We got home a little after 11:00. It was a long, fun day. The next day I had to be back at work and ready for Field Day. I was exhausted by Friday night. Everyone was in bed by 8:00 except Trent, who was at the JV games.
