My littlest girl...

This is her new favorite spot. Anytime I'm missing her I can usually find her here. Looking at herself in the mirror. :)

I painted her nails for the first time in March (14 months). I was painting Madison's nails and we happened to be using a color that dried really fast. Karsyn would come by and hold her hand up. I was able to paint a few nails at a time. She was so proud of them. She kept showing Trent. I would blow on them to dry them and she would try to copy me but suck on them instead.
She's growing up SO incredibly fast. It's sad and fun all at the same time.

Spring Break 2013

We started our Spring Break with a trip to Abilene. It was a quick trip because we went during the week so everyone was working...and lets be honest, traveling with 3 under 5 is hard. The older two are great. Karsyn is still not a great sleeper when she is not at home in her bed. While we were there we spent a day with Dad and a day with Mom. The day we were with mom we went to the zoo. The kids had a good time, although they were tired and needed a nap. Neither were very interested in taking pictures after the first few minutes. :/

Karsyn loved Fenway. She LOVES dogs. It makes me sad that we don't have Jack anymore.

Kailyn had her 4th birthday party over Spring Break. She invited us over to her house to play on her new swing set. They grilled burgers and hotdogs and the kids played.

Her legs were too fat to fit in the bumbo. She had to sit beside it. :) We forgot her high chair.

We had a family fun day! We let the kids decide what they wanted to do. We took them to The Rainforest Cafe to eat lunch. After lunch we went into a few stores and got them a few spring outfits. After lunch we went bowling. That was chaotic. We went to Main Event and it was a 2+ hour wait. We were not doing that so we drove to Lewisville and tried a bowling ally there. It was going to cost us over 50.00 for us to bowl. We thought that was ridiculous so we drove to Denton and bowled at the ghetto bowling lane but it was cheap and the kids loved it. :) After bowling we stopped at DQ for some ice cream. We ended the day playing out front with the neighbors (Madison and Drew).

We had a very laid back Spring Break. I loved it. I cherish our week together and love being home with the kids for 9 days straight. It always makes it so hard to go back to work and the countdown to summer begins.

Lunch with Daddy

What Karsyn's hair looks like when Daddy is on lunch duty...At least she thoroughly enjoyed her macaroni.

February

The kids LOVE playing out front. If it's not freezing they want to be out. Lets be honest, even if it is freezing they want to be out. Karsyn has discovered the gator and LOVES riding in it. Thank goodness for the seat belt. Her brother and sister drive her all over the place.

It looks like Madison has her in a head lock. She was just trying to pull her in for a picture. :)

Valentine's

 The kids Valentines for school...

We celebrated Valentine's, as a family, the day before. We went to Chili's to eat because we had a free dessert. :)

Valentines Day--ready for their parties

I took the morning off to go to the kids Valentine parties. They were at the same time so I had to go back and forth. I hate having to miss parts of the parties but I don't think they minded too much.

On Valentine's, Trent sent me these beautiful roses at school
He gave one of them to Madison that night. She loved it. It meant the world to her and she was so proud of it. She took it for show and tell the next day. Precious.
