Rangers Game

Trent had lunch with an old high school buddy. He had some company Ranger tickets he needed to give away and asked if we wanted to go. We were happy to take them. The kids love going and everyone is usually really good. We loaded our cooler with hotdogs and drinks and took lots of snacks in the backpack. I don't think we spent a dime for the trip, other than gas. It actually wasn't that hot for a game in August.

A foul ball hit the lady's leg behind us and rolled down to a boy in front of us. The kid was probably 9 or 10. Their family looked like they really got into the games. They were taking stats throughout the game. A few minutes after the boy had the ball he turned around and asked Cooper if he wanted it. He was so excited. I thought that was so sweet of that little boy to offer Cooper the ball. I hope Cooper is able to do the same one day to another little boy. He never put the ball down. He just kept tossing it between his hands while looking at it.

It was a firework night too! We had a great time. It was a fun way to end our summer together.
