A co-worker at work mentioned wanting to get into Country Lakes and into a smaller house. Jokingly I said "I have a house I'll sell you". She was interested. Came and looked at it and we were in the process of getting a contract when she decided she may not want a house that small. We had the itch then to sell anyways. The market was great for the seller. People were wanting in Country Lakes and at the time there were no other houses our size for sale. We felt like it was the perfect opportunity to try to sell again. We had tried before Karsyn was born and the building of new houses exploded about the same time.
These are the pictures we took to post on the realtor websites. I wanted to put them on here so we could have pictures of our 1st home.
